Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson grew as a child in Mexico with a family that was devoted to music. As a child, she was exposed to lots of traditional music as well as older Boleros. Also, she listened to traditional ranchero and romantic ballads. Ana is a lover of opera and tangos, along with any dramatic performance. When she was 16 years old, she began to sing and study music with her mother. Flavio, a Mexican tenor of great renown began to give her more intense singing instruction. The School of Music of Guadalajara University and the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico continued her music education. In her early career, she saw her perform with many chamber ensembles and opera choruses and chamber groups in Guadalajara. After moving in America, United States, she performed in the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. After 2002 she moved to southern California. She has performed solo Latin American music for private functions and as a member Ensemble XXI in Redlands. as a music teacher and musician, she is committed to numerous community projects due to her enthusiasm and passion for music. Ana was a former participant in the Community Chorus of Redlands (as as Inland Master Chorale) and Performance Loft. Ana is grateful to the Inland Master Choir for allowing her to perform classic Latin American song.
